Fourteen candidates filed for six at-large seats. Because that's more than twice the number of seats, Kentucky law (KRS 83A.170) required a nonpartisan primary on May 19 to narrow the field. The top 12 advanced; the final six winners are decided at the November 3 general election, where each Radcliff voter selects up to six. The two lowest finishers — Bryan L. Packard and Emmanouil Konstantinidis — did not advance.
